I have been in a PEO relationship with Accent since June 2006. I was with a Houston based Oil & Gas Company. We utilized Accent from the beginning with six employees… Accent was always professional and took pride in servicing their clients. We had a well that blew and Accent had a Safety Team fly to the sight to meet with OSHA. You can expect this type of service from all of the Accent staff. I left my employment to pursue a position with another start Oil & Gas Company. My position was to get HR Policy and Procedures in place among many other duties that a startup company faces. I contacted Accent to help me with some of the critical issues; Handbooks, Safety Manuals, Payroll, and anything else that I might need as I focused on matters that are more important. I have a great relationship with all the staff and I believe they look at me not as just a client, but as a friend and part of the team.
We have been with Accent since 2005. We are extremely satisfied with their services. In the past 7 years they have never been late with checks or direct deposit. They have been able to accommodate all reports needed for our accounting process and for our accountant.They are a full service payroll service company, we do 401k with them and have had them help with the health insurance. Again we have been extremely satisfied with their additional services as well. I would highly recommend them for your payroll provider.
Our decision to move our services to Accent Companies has been one of the best this company has ever made. Prior to our more we were with a company for 20 years. When we left, they had no idea who we were. From there we went to another major company, and they missed our payroll twice. Being with Accent has been an absolute dream.

I had my business for years (primarily using quickbooks) before learning that a PEO is the best option. Having someone there for HR issues (lawsuits are always a lingering concern for any business owner), paperwork and payroll, and to handle the employee taxes/benefits is well worth the fee. Three months later I looked at the service fee against the time our admins saved, lawsuits we avoided, and our business expansion during that quarter (record growth). I wish I had been using Accent two years ago.
